Orientation Programme for the Parents of the Newly Admitted Students of Classes VI – XII (2025–2026)

The orientation programme for the parents of newly admitted students of Classes VI to XII was held on 10 June 2025. The session commenced with a soulful prayer song led by Mr Princeson and his team. Ms Laurel D’Souza, Vice Principal for Classes VI to XII, welcomed the gathering, briefly outlined the purpose of the orientation, and introduced the new Principal, Fr Rohan D’Almeida.
 
In his address, Fr Rohan shared insights into the rich history and enduring legacy of the institution, emphasized the key principles of Jesuit education, and highlighted the progressive shift from rote learning to competency-based learning.
 
This was followed by an overview of the curriculum and assessment patterns presented by Ms Laurel D’Souza. Ms Deepa Karkada, Coordinator for Classes XI and XII, elaborated on the academic framework, procedural expectations, and specific guidelines for senior students.
 
The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms Karkada, bringing the orientation programme to a close. The session was compered by Mr Dheeraj Lobo.
