An outreach programme was organised for the students of Class VII on 6th February 2026 with the aim of promoting empathy, social responsibility, and inclusiveness. A total of 148 students visited SDM Mangala Jyothi School, Vamanjoor, an institution dedicated to the education and care of differently abled children.
The programme began with a warm welcome by the Director, Mr. Naresh, who introduced the institution and explained the various facilities and specialised services provided to the students. His address helped our students gain a deeper understanding of the school’s mission and commitment towards inclusive education.
Our students actively participated by presenting cultural performances and conducted lucky games, creating a joyful and interactive atmosphere. These activities helped build a meaningful connection between the students of both schools.
The programme was compered by Wilston Vian Rebello of Class VII D. The vote of thanks was proposed by Havan Krishna of Class 7D and Samrutha Thindle of Class VII A.
The visit proved to be a touching and enriching experience, reinforcing the values of compassion, respect, and service to humanity among the students.
