A Career Awareness Session for the students of Class XI and XII was held on 9 October 2025 at the Gonzaga Hall. The session aimed to help students explore diverse career options after schooling and make informed choices based on their interests and abilities.
The resource person, Mr Naveen Paul, CEO of Draw My Career, along with his team, led the main session. They provided valuable insights into emerging career trends, higher education opportunities, and essential skills required for different professions. The interactive session also offered guidance on competitive examinations and career paths in science, commerce, and humanities. Students actively participated, seeking clarity on their aspirations and learning the importance of self-assessment and goal setting.
Ms Laurel D’Souza, Vice Principal, addressed the gathering, encouraging students to understand their strengths and set realistic goals while planning their future. Ms Deepa Karkada welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource persons, emphasizing the relevance of such sessions in shaping students’ career decisions.
The event was compered by Ms Lavanya Shetty, who efficiently guided the proceedings, and Ms Tanuja H. Domber proposed the Vote of Thanks. The session was informative, engaging, and inspiring, leaving students motivated to make thoughtful career choices.
