St Aloysius Gonzaga School organized a vibrant Deepavali celebration on 23rd October 2025 at the Gonzaga Hall for the Kindergarten section. The celebration was graced by Rev. Fr. Rohan D’Almeida SJ, Principal, and Ms. Aparna Suresh, Vice Principal and Kindergarten Coordinator. In his festive message, the Principal reminded the children that Deepavali signifies spreading joy and light through simple acts of kindness and smiles. The programme began with a Prayer Dance by KG I students, followed by a Welcome Speech by Master Rushaal R. (KG I). The Diya Lighting Ceremony by the Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers symbolised the triumph of light over darkness. The KG II students presented an inspiring skit on the significance of Deepavali and performed a lively dance, filling the hall with festive cheer. Winners of the Gonzaga Got Talent (GGT) competition were also felicitated during the event. Miss Anaya Shenoy Basty (KG I) proposed the Vote of Thanks. The celebration, coordinated by Ms. Charitha K.R and Ms. Dayonara Joyce, beautifully reflected the joy, unity, and spirit of Deepavali among the little Gonzagaites.
