St Aloysius Gonzaga School conducted the Open House and Parenting Session for Classes 1 to 5 on 4 November 2025 in the St Aloysius Gonzaga Hall, providing an enriching platform for parents, students, and staff to interact and share meaningful insights.
Ms. Anna Asha Franko, Counsellor for Primary level who was the MC for the day, warmly welcomed the parents. Fr Rohan D’Almeida SJ, the Principal, delivered an inspiring address highlighting the important aspects of parenting, the five qualities of a good student, and practical parenting tips to help children grow into responsible individuals. He also urged parents to monitor the use of gadgets to protect children from the adverse effects of cyberbullying, social media, and misuse of artificial intelligence.
Teacher Ms Carol Rodrigues, offered parents clear guidance on the curriculum, assessment schedules, and effective ways to support their children’s learning at home.
Later, parents met the respective class teachers to discuss the holistic growth of their wards in the First Term, marking a meaningful conclusion to the day’s proceedings.
