On 29 January 2026, the Class III students of our school went on an exciting and educational field trip to Pilikula. A total of 151 students, accompanied by seven teachers, participated in the outing. The trip was organised to provide hands-on learning experiences beyond the classroom.
The students first visited the Swami Vivekananda Planetarium, where they explored the wonders of space through engaging visuals and shows. They then proceeded to the Pilikula Regional Science Centre, where interactive exhibits helped them understand scientific concepts in a fun and practical way.
At the Artisan Village, students observed craftsmen at work and learned about traditional arts. The visit concluded at the Heritage Village, where they admired old houses and artefacts reflecting the rich culture of Mangaluru. The group returned to school safely at 2:30 p.m., enriched with joyful memories and new knowledge.
