The Faculty Enrichment Programme was conducted on 23 May 2026, led by our Principal, Fr. Rohan D'Almeida SJ, who delivered an inspiring session on “Reinventing as a Teacher.” In his address, Fr. Rohan emphasized how teachers can continually reinvent themselves by Reconnecting with their true passion for teaching, practising patience in their journey of self-growth, loving their subject deeply and inspiring young minds. He also highlighted the significance of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm (IPP) and elaborated on the 5 E’s of lesson planning, encouraging educators to integrate these approaches into their daily practice.
Ms. Aparna Suresh, Vice Principal (Pre-KG to Class V), emphasized the importance of the IPP Lesson Plan, guiding teachers on effective planning strategies.
Ms. Laurel Dsouza, Vice Principal (Class VI to XII), outlined staff responsibilities and provided valuable insights into classroom management skills, equipping teachers with practical approaches for fostering a positive learning environment.
The programme served as a meaningful platform for reflection, collaboration, and professional growth, encouraging teachers to embrace innovation and excellence in their teaching journey.
