On 10th February, the students of Class 4 from Leone XIII and St Aloysius Gonzaga participated in an online meet to collaborate on the theme “Care for Our Common Home.”
Students on both sides beautifully recited poems on nature, expressing their love and concern for the Earth. Throughout the year, the students had been actively involved in various creative activities such as creative writing, making Christmas cards, and composing poems on nature. These activities helped them express their thoughts and feelings in imaginative ways. They also encouraged the children to appreciate the beauty of nature and understand the importance of caring for our common home.
It was indeed exciting to see the students interact during the online meet. They listened to one another with interest and built new friendships. The session was joyful, meaningful, and truly enriching for everyone involved.
The yearly project was coordinated by Ms. Carol Tina Rodrigues and Ms. Teena Elizabeth Abhrahm. Under the guidance of Ms. Aparna Suresh, the teachers mentored and prepared the students for the interactive session. Their dedicated efforts ensured the programme was well-organised and meaningful for all participants.
