St Aloysius Gonzaga School conducted its Annual Retreat for students of Classes VIII to XII on 28 July 2026 at Stan Swamy Hall. Centred on the theme “Anchored in Hope”, inspired by Hebrews 6:19, the retreat was led by Fr. Dr. Robin Xavier VC and his team.

The retreat provided students with a meaningful opportunity for spiritual growth, self-reflection, healing and renewal. Through interactive sessions on faith, hope and repentance, students were encouraged to face life’s challenges with courage, strengthen their relationship with God and embrace positive transformation.

The programme included preparation for confession, confession and healing adoration, followed by the celebration of the Holy Mass, bringing the day to a prayerful conclusion. The retreat enabled students to pause from their routine, reflect on their lives and reconnect with their spiritual values.

The experience left the students with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, hope and purpose, encouraging them to carry the values and lessons of the retreat into their daily lives.
