St Aloysius Gonzaga School organized a training session for students of Classes XI & XII on 29 July 2024 on the topic "Time Management and Goal Orientation". Ms Shavina Soans was the resource person for the session. The session was initiated by our Principal, Fr. Melwyn Anil Lobo S.J emphasizing the importance of time management, especially when handling many tasks. The session, led by Ms Shavina Soans, began with a group activity that introduced the concepts of prioritization and procrastination. She highlighted key areas of time management, such as planning, prioritization, and execution, using Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix, and mentioned the Pomodoro Technique and various learning styles. The session concluded with an engaging video summarizing the discussed topics. Ms Sushmita Pinto proposed the vote of thanks. The session was compered by Ms Lavanya. Ms Jisha Thomas, Ms Hensita D Costa and Ms Betila Sequeira coordinated the programme.
