The In-house Training Session for teachers was conducted on 27th May 2025, online via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 a.m. The session began with a prayer song followed by a welcome note by Ms Swathi. The Principal, Fr Rohan D’Almeida SJ, presented a session on ‘Introspection, Manthana, Examine and Classroom Management’. He expertly explored the multifaceted roles and responsibilities of teachers, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration. The session provided valuable insights, encouraging teachers to reflect on their practice and strive for excellence. The second session, facilitated by Ms Aparna Suresh, focused on maintaining anecdotal records. She highlighted the significance of these records in tracking student progress and development, offering practical strategies for effective record-keeping. The third session, presented by Ms Laurel Dsouza, provided a comprehensive briefing on the school diary. She underscored the diary’s importance as a communication tool between teachers, students, and parents. Ms Deepa Karkada, coordinator of the Teachers’ training sessions delivered a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the facilitators and participants. Ms Swathi skillfully compered the program, ensuring a seamless flow of proceedings.
